A gorgeous, “romantic” updo, (which I styled slightly to the side) gave Sarah a beautiful look from the front, and side. It also created a more interesting design in the back.. Complemented by a birdcage veil, and smokey eye makeup, she looked stunning!

* A common fear with updos is that all the action will be in the back, leaving the front looking like your “everyday hair” – I call this the “bridal mullet” effect – By adding texture and volume, you can avoid this mishap! A style that is shifted to one side can also give you more play in your forward-facing photos.
